Jamaica Village (1 on above map) includes charming townhomes (green on above map) with large outdoor patios and larger detached homes (purple on above map) near the water often providing great bay and ocean views. All residents of the village share equal membership of the private clubhouse, pool and white sand beach. Boat slips are reserved for residents to lease.

Green Turtle Cay Village  (2 on above map) are prestigious bay front detached homes (orange on above map). Owners enjoy a private boat dock attached to the property, large enough for a yacht and a few water toys.

Antigua Village (3 on above map) is a collection of 2 and 3 bedroom condominiums with gorgeous views, large patios, detached 2 car garages and their own boat docks deeded to the condos.
